The role
It’s an exciting time to join Enable, so if you have a natural curiosity to explore new ideas and build strong and trusted relationships, this role is everything you’ve been looking for. As Account Manager reporting directly to the Key Account Director, your focus will be maintaining and building on relationships with key retail service providers across multiple levels.
Enable are a key part of our local infrastructure and being the first port of call is critical to their success. Your understanding of the competitive market landscape, commercial acumen and your drive to see success will set you above the rest. Act as the primary commercial contact for RSP’s ensuring they are well supported and engaged – this will include quarterly travel
Plan and execute successful sales campaigns to grow the business and residential market share and connections
Develop a strong understanding of your customer base and market position to identify growth potential – both tactical and strategic
Contribute to the creation of industry events while promoting and educating customers on the full Enable network benefits
Support internal teams delivering market intel and insights to support future growth strategies
About you
Depth of knowledge and experience in an Account Manager role, preferably within a telco environment
A natural and genuine approach to strengthen professional relationships with a customer focused outlook
Commercial acumen to understand financials and what commercial success drivers are
Strong attention to detail, along with an analytical mindset to determine what data is important to provide critical insights
You’ll have a go-getter and proactive customer-focused approach, but most importantly, a great sense of humour and team mentality
