The role
Due to continued growth, Gardyne Grains are looking for a motivated Administration Assistant to join their team, this is a varied role where no day will ever be the same. If you are looking for a flexible role where you can use your exceptional organisational skills, proactive and positive approach to your work, this is the role for you. You’ll be able to really stamp your mark and make it your own with future growth opportunities. If no task is too big or small, this is the role for you.
General administrative tasks; including phone calls and business emails
Communicate with clients dealing with product schedules, deliveries and orders
Collaborate with the team on stock take data and managing incoming products
Reconcile payments while creating sales and purchase invoices
Project manage website development and maintenance
Keeping work areas clean and tidy
About you
Ability to learn new systems and processes while implementing continuous improvements
Be structured and organised with exceptional time-management skills
Think on your feet and not be afraid to get your hands dirty and get stuck in
