The role
It's exciting times at The Orion Group as we continue our Integrated Asset Management transformation programme. We are looking for a seasoned Change Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term contract to help shape the future of our asset management.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role offering end-to-end change management support, where your insights, stakeholder engagement, and ability to hit the ground running will be critical to success.
Drive change impact assessments across people, processes and systems
Play a key role in readying our people and setting them up for success with the changes ahead
Support and implement change, engagement, communication and training plans
Create and maintain change artifacts, templated and tools
Engage with stakeholders across the wider business to help navigate significant change
Assist the Business Analysts/Change team with metrics and reporting to measure success and document changes
About you
Proven experience in a Change Analyst role with strong understanding of change management principles and methodology know-how - knowledge of asset management is preferred
Excellent relationship-building skills and stakeholder engagement across all levels
Ability to provide data-driven insights that inform strategic change decisions
Experience working across multiple workstreams, managing deadlines with excellent time management skills
Strong understanding of the end-to-end change lifecycle
