The role
Due to continued growth in the Complex Build team, we are looking for a Complex Build Project Coordinator where you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating the delivery of proactive fibre services across Ōtautahi. You’ll lead the coordination of complex build projects (multi-dwelling units and new subdivisions), ensuring jobs are scoped, scheduled, delivered on budget and closed out right the first time.

What you’ll be doing:
Lead the end-to-end coordination of proactive fibre build projects.
Liaise with developers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure builds are delivered on time, within budget, and to standard with no re-work.
Manage work orders and scheduling in our systems, and support address management for new developments.
Collaborate with legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure all approvals and documentation are in place for projects.
Maintain strong relationships with field partners and developers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the build lifecycle.
About you
