Right now, we are at a pivotal point. As demand grows to meet the needs of our customers, we're transforming how asset data is created, managed and used across the business. This isn't about improving a team, it's about changing how an entire organisation works. We're looking for an experienced leader to drive that transformation.
You'll lead the evolution of our Asset Information function into a modern, high-performing capability that delivers trusted, decision-ready data and insights. You'll build leadership capability, simplify processes, leverage digitisation, influence senior stakeholders, embed new ways of working and create the foundations that enable better investment decisions, stronger operational performance and future technologies.

Build leadership capability, develop your people and foster a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement
Simplify and modernise end-to-end asset information processes, reducing manual effort while improving quality, consistency and efficiency
Partner with leaders across planning, operations, delivery and digital technology to transform how asset information is captured, managed and used
Drive improvements in asset data quality, governance and information systems to support smarter operational, investment and regulatory decisions
Build strong relationships across the business and with external partners to strengthen capability, improve delivery and embed lasting organisational change
Champion digitisation, automation and AI-ready data practices that reduce manual effort, improve data quality and enable smarter, faster decision-making across the business
