The role
We're looking for a Network Assets Coordination Lead to connect the dots across our Network Assets functions and wider business. Working across Lifecycle, Network Development and Reliability, you'll play a key role in ensuring information, planning and investment decisions are connected and moving forward effectively.
This is a highly influential role with impact right across the business. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, technical specialist, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, improve collaboration and help shape how we plan and manage our network for the future.
This role will suit someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys bringing people together, and knows how to keep momentum moving across multiple teams and priorities.
Coordinate and strengthen collaboration across Network Assets and key stakeholders
Influence asset strategies, investment planning, and network priorities
Support governance and decision-making processes for asset investment activities
Identify and resolve gaps, misalignment, and process inefficiencies
Prepare clear updates, reporting, and communications for stakeholders and leadership
Drive improvements in collaboration, engagement, and ways of working across teams
About you
You're someone who naturally leads through influence rather than authority. You know how to bring people together, to navigate differing priorities and create alignment across technical and operational teams.
Experience within infrastructure, utilities, engineering, asset management, or similar environments
Strong planning, coordination, and organisational capability
Experience working across multiple teams or functions in complex environments
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Confidence influencing discussions and driving outcomes without direct authority
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
