The role
We are looking for a Network Investment and Improvement Lead, this is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the future of our energy infrastructure while driving asset optimisation, investment strategy and continuous improvement across our network. It's exciting times and there are exciting things to come, now is the time to be a part of it!
You will focus on asset performance, network development and lifecycle investment planning. You'll engage and work across the wider business to deliver economically sound, creative and innovative solutions that enhance reliability, reduce risk while aligning the business with our group vision.
Lead the development and delivery of the Asset Management Risk Quantification framework
Create tools for economic analysis (calculator) and business case development
Contribute to Asset Management Maturity Assessment Tools reviews
Support the development and lead the delivery or the Asset Management Improvement Plan
Support our Reliability Strategy, Reliability Improvement Plan, performance and expenditure forecasting and reporting frameworks
Drive non-traditional solution assessments and commercial value modelling
About you
Extensive experience in the electricity and/or related infrastructure industry
Commerce degree (business, economics, or accounting) and/or and Engineering degree (preferably in electrical or power field)
A creative, innovative and strategic mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
Proven experience in risk management (ISO 31000:2018, financial investment and project delivery
Ability to identify, design and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
A collaborative, customer-centric approach with adaptability to a changing environment
