The role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator for 25 hours per week, who brings a proactive, solution-focused approach to their work.
You will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities shift, and no two days are the same. With a strong commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality training and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
General day to day administration of office tasks
Creating, editing, and updating training material and course documentation
Plan and schedule online courses, events, and training sessions
Managing phones and emails with professionalism and care
Assisting client with safety compliance paperwork with attention to detail
Working directly with clients and provide outstanding customer service
Bring fresh eyes and ideas to how we do things – and help us do them better
About you
Proven experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail – you spot the small things that make a big difference
Confident with computers and able to pick up new systems quickly
A strong desire and proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes
A friendly, ‘happy to help’ attitude and a collaborative spirit
