The role

As our People and Performance Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, partnering with them on everything from workforce planning and organisational change to leadership development, performance and culture. You'll build strong relationships, influence decisions and help shape the future of our organisation.
This is more than providing HR advice. You'll coach leaders through complex challenges, think strategically while staying practical, and help build the capability that drives high-performing teams. About you
You're a relationship builder first with a strategic approach and an HR professional second. You communicate with confidence, build trust quickly and enjoy partnering with leaders to solve problems and influence outcomes.
You'll also bring:
Proven experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture Business Partner role
Strong employment relations knowledge and understanding of employment legislation
Confidence coaching, influencing and building trusted relationships with leaders
Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate complex conversations
A strategic mindset balanced with a practical, hands-on approach
A tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
