The role
If you're curious, driven and love finding better ways to do things, this role is for you. As a Procurement Generalist, you'll combine commercial insight, collaboration and creativity to deliver smarter and more sustainable outcomes.
This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll work across a diverse range of projects from supporting key infrastructure initiatives to improving how we partner with suppliers helping ensure every procurement decision delivers real value for Orion, our customers, and the community.

Take ownership of end-to-end procurement from tenders and evaluations to confident contract delivery
Be the trusted voice that connects people, partners, and purpose driving great outcomes through collaboration
Champion integrity and quality keeping processes sharp, compliant and constantly improving
Lead the change to simplify workflows, boost customer experiences and create better social and environmental outcomes
About you
A depth of experience in a similar role where a relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage
Natural ability to connect with others where you can convey information and ideas to various audiences
Interest in navigating tender submissions and supplier contracts
Understanding of change management, project management and/or process improvements
Knowledge of H&S at Work Act, RMA and FIDIC contracts will set you apart
Be highly motivated, innovative, curious and open to new ways of doing things, so you'll need to think outside the box
