The role


Following an internal promotion, we're on the lookout for a Procurement Coordinator to join our high-performing team. You'll play a key role in keeping our procurement activities running smoothly from coordinating tenders and managing documentation to helping refine how we work with suppliers and partners.

This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys connecting with people across the business and takes pride in delivering smart, efficient procurement outcomes. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders ensuring compliance with regulatory and commercial standards while helping us find better, more sustainable ways of doing things.

  • Coordinate and deliver Portfolio and Connections procurement activities

  • Support tendering processes including documentation, clarifications and evaluations

  • Identify and drive process improvements to streamline procurement workflows

  • Support the enhancement of our customer experiences and improving social and environmental outcomes

  • Ensure we comply with our regulatory, commercial and internal standards while supporting audit activities

  • Provide regular updates and reports across procurement activities, including contributing to supplier newsletters

About you


  • Previous experience in a similar role within a complex commercial or procurement environment

  • Ability to communicate and convey information and ideas to various audiences

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement, accuracy, consistency and outcomes

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset

  • Ability to provide practical solutions with a methodical, positive and outcome-focused approach
