The role
As a Product Manager reporting directly to the Head of Product and Growth your key purpose is leading product market performance and strategy across the product portfolio. You will ensure the portfolio is commercially optimised, competitively positioned while focusing on delivering sustained market growth. Your understanding of market trends, behaviour and customer demand, pricing performance, vision and lifecycle decisions will set you above the rest.
You’ll need to bring your full toolkit of exceptional engagement, commercial acumen and natural curiosity. This is an opportunity not to be missed with a well-known and respected local brand.
Lead end-to-end product performance, including strategy execution, product development and cross-functional product initiatives
Continuously assess product performance and market conditions, recommending refinements to the product strategy and overall portfolio
Influence and collaborate effectively across the business and with key external stakeholders to build strong, trusted and productive relationships
Interpret and apply market intelligence to shape a competitive, market-led product strategy
Contribute to product mix forecasting, leveraging market insights and growth trends to identify commercial opportunities
About you
Significant depth of knowledge and experience in a Product Management role with a relevant qualification
Experience with systems and process development to support products
Excellent commercial acumen, strategic product planning and lifecycle management capability
Ability to understand and manage Enable’s products – you don’t necessarily have to have industry experience; this is all about you and how you do things
Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
You’ll have a go-getter and proactive customer-focused approach, but most importantly, a great sense of humour and team mentality
