The role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (Digital Delivery), a role that sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. You'll lead complex digital and data-enabled initiatives that drive meaningful business change, from shaping the work upfront through to delivery, adoption, and benefits realisation. Working across a portfolio of initiatives, you'll bring clarity to loosely defined problems, make sound delivery decisions in complex environments, and balance pace, cost, risk, and quality to protect long-term value.

Lead complex digital and data-driven business change initiatives end-to-end with a focus on outcomes and value
Shape initiatives prior to delivery by clarifying problem statements, outcomes, benefits, risks, and delivery approach
Contribute to portfolio-level planning and sequencing, balancing dependencies, capacity, risk, and value
Proactively manage delivery risks, issues, and interdependencies to protect outcomes and minimise disruption
Optimise delivery within agreed schedule, budget, scope, and resources
Apply fit-for-purpose delivery frameworks and governance, adapting approach based on complexity and business need
Build strong stakeholder relationships through clear, transparent communication and timely issue resolution
Provide concise, outcome-focused reporting to support informed decision-making at leadership and governance forums
About you
Depth of experience at a Senior level delivering complex, technology-enabled projects within complex environments
A relevant tertiary qualification in information systems, computer science, project management, or a related field
Be focused on delivering real business outcomes - not just completing scope or milestones
Ability to build trust through influence and clear communication, bringing stakeholders along and creating alignment in complex, evolving environments
Sound judgement in complex environments, balancing commitment with adaptability
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership engagement
Systems and portfolio thinking, with an understanding of how initiatives interact and compete for capacity
The ability to distil complexity into clear, targeted updates for varied audiences
