The role
As a Service Delivery Manager at Enable you’ll help connect the Christchurch community with fibre broadband. You will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, operating as the lead point of contact providing timely and seamless post-sales support ensuring a high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction is delivered.
You’ll be joining a passionate and talented team who look out for each other and pride themselves on building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, builders and retail service providers.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of fibre services from the point of sale to completion, acting as the primary point of contact in delivery phase
Identify opportunities that result in demand for wholesale services providing feedback for revenue growth
Prepare and present performance reports to customer and the internal senior management team
Ensure the business stays up to date with industry trends and uses best practices
About you
Depth of knowledge and experience in a Service Delivery, Business Development or Project Management role
The ability to build genuine strong relationships with a customer-centric approach
Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting large scale project developments or deployments and operationalising these
A dedicated commitment to going above and beyond for your customers and the wider business
You’ll have an innovative approach, but most importantly, a great sense of humour and team mentality
